Kendall Roy’s “War Room Condo,” or rather his ex-wife’s high rise apartment is available on the New York market for $23.3 million.

The apartment, used as a plot device for much of the currently running season 3 has been immortalized as the location of such instantly iconic season scenes as “the donut decoy” and “Ipad Cat” (which I hope becomes a thing for the sake of this article).

The 6711 square foot residence called Pavillion A is located in the iconic neo-Gothic Woolworth building located on the 29th floor with five bedrooms, one great room, four bathrooms, and two powder rooms.

Within its 22-foot ceilings offers a skyline view and a master suite with separate kitchen and access to a 2770 square foot terrace. Consider it a deal since a penthouse in the same building runs for $79 million.

Sotheby’s International is managing both listings. Check out photos of the property posted by Sotheby’s. Until then… fuck off.

Check out Jared’s coverage of Succession’s incredible Season Three:

Episode 01: Gerri named CEO

Episode 02: Snake Linguine

Episode 03: Kendall Googles “Rape Song”

Episode 04: Adrian Brody not cancelled for forcing kiss on Halle Berry (will upload when ready)
